We had this exquisite room with a fine view of the Dome. The staff, they were more than just friendly, they were like family, always ready to help us with local recommendations and even made reservations for us.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but you know what, worth every penny.

Two nights in a spacious Double or Twin Room. Impeccably clean. The bathroom was great, with a spacious shower and all the toiletries you’d need. Comfy beds and a flat-screen TV. Loved having fresh croissants and coffee in the cozy kitchen area. The staff offered amazing local dining tips and were super helpful. Location is just minutes from the Duomo.

My stay was fantastic with beautiful views of florence and just a short stroll to must-see spots like the Duomo and Palazzo Vecchio. the warm hospitality from the staff really made my trip special as they offered complimentary refreshments throughout the day and made sure I felt at home, though the entrance could be confusing to find at first, but the experience inside was worth it.
